Augustus Marketing Travels to Scottsdale, Arizona

Last week Augustus Marketing Top Junior Partner, Pat White, had the opportunity to travel to a warmer climate to learn more about team building, training techniques, and improving mentor relationships.

Pat traveled to Scottsdale, Arizona for the weekend to attend a networking event and explore Scottsdale as a reward for his recent accomplishments and hard work.

At the training event, Pat got to spin the wheel in a Wheel Of Fortune themed game and even won a cash prize.

Pat's visit not only helped him improve his professional career goals, but he also had fun and got to network himself with other young professionals during his trip.

Augustus Marketing in the Windy City!

This past weekend AMI attended a leadership conference in Chicago!

The conference provided a chance to network with other business professionals and learn new ways to keep Augustus Marketing on top. In addition, we shared goals, information about recruiting and discussed aspects that contribute to a great leader. 

Furthermore, we also had extra time to explore the city! Augustus Marketing was able to walk around millennium park, visit the giant bean and indulge in deep dish pizza!

All in all, AMI learned how to continue to build a better business and the importance of leadership. Everyone is happy to be back in the office utilizing the skills they learned! 

Augustus Marketing in Las Vegas!

From October 5 to October 9, our management team took time to relax in Las Vegas, Nevada! This trip was meant to provide relaxation and reward the team for their hard work.


To start the trip off, they attended Circus de Lá, which ended up being their favorite part! Chris shared that the acrobats were the most entertaining part of the show.  

In addition, our management team experienced multiple five star eateries and agreed that the best food they tasted was the short rib and ravioli. Not only did the trip consist of good food, but they also stayed at a top resort where they took time to relax by the pool.

After touring the city it was hard for them to leave Las Vegas; however, we are glad to have them back in the office!

Augustus Marketing in Atlanta, Georgia!

On September 25, Augustus Marketing traveled to Atlanta, Georgia! President Chris Cesarini awarded Top Performing Junior Parters, Pat White, Steve Alexander and Austin Rohleder with the opportunity to attend a business trip!


 While in Georgia, they learned different training techniques, time management, networking, team building exercises and public speaking tips. 

In addition to business, they also took some time to have fun! The four of them ate at top restaurants and toured downtown. 

We are glad to have everyone back, sharing their new skills and continuing to strive for success!

What's happening at Augustus Marketing this week!

This week at Augustus Marketing is going to be filled with excitement! To start things off, Chelsie is receiving a promotion as our newest Junior Partner! 









In addition, on October 7 we will begin wearing pink every Friday in order to spread breast cancer awareness. In the United States, one out of eight women are diagnosed with this disease. It's important to our company to help fight for a cure! 


The last major event occurring within Augustus Marketing this week is a relaxation retreat to Las Vegas, Nevada. The management team will be leaving Wednesday and enjoying themselves throughout the rest of the week! 

Augustus Marketing Excelling in September!

The month of September was extremely busy and exciting for Augustus Marketing. After announcing Jeffrey Crawford's promotion, things began to take off. Taking on the new Cleveland market, we were sad to see him leave, but excited for the things he will accomplish on his new journey! 

Jeffrey was not the only individual to take his career to the next level within Augustus Marketing, Bradley Hashim also earned a major promotion within our company. He was  promoted to Assistant Manager and also earned a trip to Los Angeles with Cody Shrimplin. They both brought back exciting tips to keep our company sharp and at the top of our industry.

In addition, we  celebrated the promotions of our newest Junior Partners, Thomas, James, Eli, Brennan, Chris, Clayton and Sean. Because we love to have fun, we also took time to eat cake for our September birthdays! Chris, Jewelia and Austin are now one year older.

The last even to take place was the business conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Our president, along with top performing junior partners, had the opportunity to listen to several business speakers and received tips to help Augustus Marketing continue to excel.

September was a month to remember and we can not wait to see what October has in store!

Augustus Marketing Travels to Los Angeles!

From August 29th through September 3rd, our Assistant Manager, Bradley Hashim and Top Performing Junior Partner, Cody Shrimplin, earned the opportunity to travel to Los Angeles! While in California, they toured one of the largest marketing outsourcing companies in the country.




Aside from business, the two also visited Santa Monica, Downtown Disney, Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. Bradley shared, "Our favorite part of the trip was definitely Santa Monica Beach!"

After returning from the trip, both stated that they learned so much, especially the importance of what they do for their clients. We are glad to have Bradley and Cody back in the office utilizing the skills they learned!

Augustus Marketing takes Texas for the National Conference!

In the midst of summer it was time for our annual national conference! As always we had great speakers, workshops, and set some amazing new goals for this upcoming quarter to finish the year strong! BUT, while in the Lone Star State we had some fun too!

Our work hard, play hard mentality is something we truly do live so even though we enjoy what we do we like to take some time to get away. While in Texas we attended a Texas Rangers game and enjoyed a lot of Mexican food! The Augustus Team also attended a Club "Mayhem" party thrown by one of clients for the great numbers we put up in the month of May and an entertaining awards dinner with fantastic food!

We were sad to head home but excited to get back and continue to grow and apply what we learned from the the top tier speakers.
